Recreation

We have a Recreation Ground in the centre of the village that can be used for outdoor activities. There is a range of play and sports equipment. In 2016 the village received funding to provide basketball and netball hoops, a goal, permanent cricket stumps and an area of astro turf. There is also a large picnic bench. These facilities are well used by villagers and visitors.

The Parish Council holds the lease for the allotment site in the centre of the village. There are 16 sites in total and they were recently renovated using a Milton Keynes Council grant. There is a well on the site which provides a water supply by using a manual pump. If you might be interested in using an allotment to grow your own fruit and vegetables please contact the Parish Clerk for more information.

There are also a number of public footpaths and bridleways within the parish, including one which conveniently leads across the fields to the local pub in the neighbouring village of Weston Underwood. These are well used by ramblers, dog owners and riders.
